Loving Books was created in 2010 as a means to share thoughts on books. While it wasn't intended as a review blog, it slowly developed into one and lead to the Loving Books blog you see now. Loving Books was created by Daphne, a 27 year-old girl currently working in sales in the food industry. She loves what she does for a living, even though it doesn't involve any reading or books (but it does involve an awful lot of telephone).

Hi! My name is Daphne and I live in The Netherlands. Harry Potter reintroduced me to reading and Twilight introduced me to the world of YA. After that, all hell broke loose and I got hooked, so here I am.

In 2013 I moved into my own apartment, resulting in me having my own library room (eee!) so I can't really complain about the household chores that come with having your own place, right? My favourite books were written by J.K. Rowling, Patrick Ness, Rick Riordan, Suzanne Collins and Morgan Matson.

When I'm not blogging I'm probably running, reading, planning my next trip abroad, boozing (chances are I'll livetweet it in case of an office party) or ordering 37 cats.
